For many Nepali girls, the opportunity to go to school is just a dream that their situation will never allow to come true. Imagine being able to tell a Nepali girl that her dream has come true and she can go to school . . . .

We believe that if you educate a girl, you educate the whole family. There is nothing new in this thinking but we've seen it throughout our time in Nepal - the women are the ones who help the children with their homework, the ones who manage the family's money, the one's who do the shopping and take the kids to the doctors. They are the ones who will make a difference if they have the opportunity of an education. In fact, there is a recent report suggesting that a child with an educated mother has a 50% higher chance of surviving until their fifth birthday.

Current Status

243 scholarships for Nepali girls to attend school! We could not have done this without the generous support of so many people so "thanks" to all of you who contributed to making this happen.
We continually receive new applications from our partner organisations for deserving girls so please help us make their dreams come tru by providing a scholarship.
There is no time like the present to make the decision to change a life forever.
