Mitrataa Foundation - Change a life

The cost of providing a girl with a scholarship to go to school for one year is $AUD320.00. This amount will pay for the child's school fees, books, uniforms and any other educational requirements that may arise.

What you will get in return

Obviously the most important thing you will receive in return for providing a scholarship is the knowledge and satisfaction that you have helped create an amazing opportunity for a young Nepali girl in need.

You can also communicate with your sponsored child (see under "Frequently Asked Questions").

You will receive:

A copy of the girl's report card which is prepared at the end of each term's exams. This is an invaluable tool to chart their development and remind the you of the positive impact you are having on that girl's life;
A photo of the girl every year so you can see how much she grows; and
Letters from your sponsored girl; and
Automatic membership of the Foundation which entitles you to regular updates of all our projects, updates on the situation in Nepal and notice of any upcoming events or meetings to be held.

We will confirm payment details with you when you let us know that you want to make a young Nepali girl's dream come true.
